| Working method |
We do groundwork with horses, both with and without close physical contact.
We work with both individual horses and the herd. Individual horses mirror our body language and patterns of communication and interaction. The herd brings us closer to themes such as connection and relations.
In working with a maximum number of 6 participants in our groups, we guarantee that ample attention is paid, and sufficient time given, to each and everyone’s individual process and their contact with the horses.
We work from various approaches:
- Our own professional experience and knowledge as coach/monitor/trainer/healer.
- Our knowledge of, and experience with, horses, developed through our daily working contact with our herd.
- Our personal trainings at Epona trainers and within the Eagala organisation.
